  • If I take CBD Oil during the day will it make me drowsy?

    No 🙂 With supporting medical research and plenty of testimonials, CBD has proven to be effective in improving symptoms of insomnia but it works differently than you might imagine. Instead of sedative effects like sleeping pills, CBD combats insomnia at the source, the endocannabinoid system. Now for the footnote, for some, at high dosage levels, (1000 mg per day or more) CBD can cause drowsiness so experiment with your dosage to find what is perfect for your body.

  • How long will it take me to start feeling the benefits?

    With any dietary supplement, consistency is key. Don’t skip days or servings to ensure the best support for your body. When adding any new supplement, it takes time for your body to experience the full benefits. Give yourself 4-6 weeks of consistent use and we recommend journaling the results. Listen to your body!

  • Is CBD Legal?

    Yes, as long as the product is derived from Hemp and not Marijuana and contains less than 0.3% THC. (All of the products on this site are 0.3% THC or less) The sale of hemp based CBD products have been operating under the auspices of the 2014 Farm Bill.

  • Will CBD products cause me to fail a drug test?

    Probably not but there is still a slight risk. That said, individuals using unusually large doses of a cannabinoid-rich hemp oil product (above 1000-2000 mg of hemp oil daily) could theoretically test positive during the initial urinary screen. We recommend discussing your possible use of CBD oil with your employer prior to consuming.

  • Can I overdose on CBD?

    *There is no established lethal dose of CBD, and high doses of up to 1500 mg per day (30x MORE than the recommended serving standard) have been repeatedly shown to be well tolerated by humans. As with any natural product, it is important to speak with your physician prior to beginning use. There are some slight risks associated with using CBD in high doses for extended periods of time, including:

    2. Dry Mouth
    3. Lightheadedness
    4. Sedation
  • How much research has been conducted on CBD?

    Many studies have been completed, including this on January 3, 1980, Pharmacology published their findings, the International Journal of Neuroscience here, and most recently a review was published here in 2011. In addition, many user testimonials can be found.
